Terms and conditions for rental agreement & procedure by IGR Associates..

IGR Associates is an organization which is incepted with a mission to smoothen the complex & time-consuming government process of housing rental registration. IGR Associates does not provide any help for lease related affairs, it only assist in leave & license registration agreement only.

IGR Associates is responsible for

IGR Associates is not responsible for

Any disputed property Any delay in appointments scheduled by Registration offices. Incorrect data submission by end-user Leave and License period, other relative terms & conditions Rent details and refundable or non-refundable deposits details. Finally, making an appropriate payment. Failing to do so, their registration with us will not get completed.

Refund Policy

Payment of Stamp Duty, Registration Fees and Other Fees will not be refunded because these fees paid to The Department of Registration and Stamps. If end user wants to refunds he is required to submit the necessary documents physically in the Collector of Stamps office. The Collector of Stamps will process the application after filled in the refund application form. In case if cancellation request is received in less than 2 hours of time scheduled appointment time then Rs 500/- will be deducted additional.

Refund Policy

Government Duties will not be refunded as its mandatory to pay Government Duties before biometrics appointment. In Case of Additional visits extra visits @ Rs 500/- per visit will Charged, IGR Associates is not liable to refund any amount in case of failure of Biometric Verification with UID server or Biometric Not Matched Cases. IGR Associates reserves the right to change Cancellation and Refund Policy without any prior notice. IGR Associates shall not be responsible for any non-delivery, delayed delivery or distortion of the alert in any way whatsever.

Communication Policy

IGR Associates may send the update to the register customer on their what’s App number regarding any support number replaced by IGR associate, If the mobile phone is in ‘off’’, Govt. policies update and so on.
